Not expecting much from my local shopping centre (and its entire 4 stores that stock clothes!), I ducked in this morning and found this.
I really like it and think it fits quite well. Its a black/grey/white tweedy look and has a nice texture - not too chunky but not too smooth. The outer is poly/cotton/wool (16%) so wouldn't be super warm like pure wool, but still has that bit for extra warmth.
In this pic I have a cami, l/s shirt, medium knit zip front jumper & a thick scarf on underneath and can still move freely.

The pockets on the bottom aren't in the most flattering spot I'm sure, but that's certainly not a deal breaker for me - pockets mean I can put my hands in and keep them warm too! And the sleeves are long enough to cover my wrists. I think I followed Angie's fit rules fairly well...
What do you think? I love it because its not plain and feels really good on, and the funnel neck is good to keep a bit more warmth in. Its dry clean only but I have no problems with that for a winter coat that will be used so little.
So keep or return?
Oh and I had my hair cut and coloured on the weekend - not sure if its too dark? And my fringe - well, I told her to go short, but I think it needs a good week or two before it will be ok - i think its a bit too short for me!
For the Aussies this was from Big W believe it or not - $60... sure I'll probably see other people in it, but I can live with that for our short winters LOL.
