I spied this in the window of Forever 21. Now, I rarely set foot in the store: it's not well suited to my body type, but I thought the look on the left was fun for spring. I love the length of the dress and the cheekiness of the layering. I'd love a dress like this, but in a fluid, not bodycon fit.
