I almost never wear them myself, but I do love fun patterned tights. Today these Cora Kemperman (a Dutch brand known for their monochromatic looks with lots of layers) mannequins really made me smile. I think the striped and tartan tights work beautifully here because everything is in the same black and white colour palette.
