A good friend and I are going for lunch and I wanted to wear the lilac tee and creamy scarf she gave me. It's a cold rainy day with possible snow, so I put on a tropical wool skirt and light weight cardi. Does this look ok or should I make changes before going out?
The flats are an older pair that I don't mind wearing in rain.
