Hm, I actually vote classic. It's a classic shape, round toe, and the buckle is simple and minimal. I don't think the finish is trendy, either; it's just pebbled leather -- distressing would be trendy, but these aren't distressed.
I was looking for classic boots flat and heeled, and I found these pair, I like them, I bought them and I am going to keep them, but was wondering if they were too trendy that I will only be able to wear them this season :).
I mainly wear boots with jeans.
I think you can still wear them next year, they are not plain boots but they are not also too out there to last just one season.

I vote modern classic. I do not see anything trendy about them as buckles, stacked chunky heels and round toes have been in style for a very long time. These boots are beautiful and if you love them go for them!
I'd say trendy, but with classic elements. I don't think they'll look completely classic in five years, but definitely for a while. I really like them!
