Corey and I are off for a highly anticipated mini vacation! A town about an hour and a half from here hosts a major theatre festival every summer, and that town happens to be a scenic spot in the middle of my province's extensive wine-producing region. We're travelling by bus this morning, then going almost immediately to see a musical this afternoon. Dinner will be a wine pairing five-course meal at one of the local wineries, and tomorrow will just be a casual day of relaxing and exploring.

I'm all set for the dinner tonight (my cotton fit and flare dress) and tomorrow (denim clams and either my green twist top or pink sleeveless wrap top, depending on the weather). My neutral snake sandals and white coach bag will be the only items of their kind that I'll bring...but I just wanted to make sure you you agreed with the rationale for my theatre outfit. I needed something that wouldn't wrinkle from the bus but that would still be theatre-appropriate, since we may not be able to access our hotel room before the play. It's also quite hot here at the moment, so that's a factor for this temperature-sensitive gal. Think this dress, worn with the bag, sandals and a gold pendant, will look ok at a matinee performance? Does it need pearl and gold stud earrings to dress it up or will this do?

I'll try to get Corey to take pics of the other outfits in action, so you get less boring shots.
