I've been looking for patterned crops for the past couple of months and last week Coldwater Creek popped into my head. I usually don't shop there, but I've exhausted all my usual resources. I checked online and saw that my local store had some nice patterns as well as some longer shorts. Both crops and shorts ended up being exactly the fit and look that I was hoping for!

Pic 1: I picked up a blue-patterened crop and a black-patterened one, though I seriously debated whether I needed two pairs of patterned bottoms. They fit so well that I got them both.

Pic 2: I also finally found a pair of long, black walking shorts that are work-appropriate for me...and two patterned pairs. One is a subtle blue/white pattern, and one is a very pronounced black floral that I fell hard for! Unconventional, but I love them. I didn't get good pics, but will include these blurry ones anyway.

Pic 3: I also found an old standby, a stretchy skirt. I used to live in these, and while I don't want to stock up because I prefer more tailored skirts now, I know this one will be very loved this summer. I only wish I'd known that it was $20 cheaper online than in-store! (No price adjustments anymore...)

Pic 4: I looked in my closet and was so happy to see all this COLOR! These are all bottoms. I've been leaning toward darker solids for tops lately. These will lighten everything for sure.

ETA to add pic 5 -- I also picked up the Prima capris from Athleta and think they're going to be a great addition! Now, I'm done with crops/shorts/skirts. I might try to find one more dress for the summer. No more!
