Hi all,

Today was a day off for DD, a promised 'mental health break' as this week was supposed to be their March Break (it's been pushed out to April). Her happy place is the mall and it seemed safe enough to take her on a quiet weekday. The stores were extremely well-managed and spaced, and we had about 20 layers of hand sanitizer on us by the time we left. We also double-masked, and opted to have our tea break in the car.

Anyhoo, she made off with a great haul, but I did manage to find a few things that I couldn't resist. Since I am also picking up my white shirt tomorrow, this is IT for me for spring shopping - nothing else until I need to re-evaluate my summer stuff; hold me to it please!!!

1. Blue and white striped shirt from H&M - super-lightweight cotton that should be good for spring and even into summer, when coverage is needed from the sun (it's so lightweight I think it will be wearable in hot weather).

2. Another crack at the slouchy cardi look. I like this dusty pink, and it's a similar style to the other one I tried, but fits much better in the shoulders and is not so exaggerated. Polished slouch, I think? Comfy too, and thick enough to be legitimately warm while also giving off a spring vibe to my eye.

3. A cheap and cheerful wild-card - there was tie dye all over the place and I couldn't resist a subtle version, just for fun!

Now just need to weather to cooperate and I'm good to go for spring! Thanks for looking and I'm open to feedback as always! xx (photos coming in a min)
