WIB - Hope for Flowers outfit

I didn't wear this outfit today because its rainy and this is more a sunny day outfit. The blouse is light and airy and the trousers of drapey and sweeping and would likely spot in the rain.

But, anyway, I just LOVE it so much. It is a modern silhouette, soft colors and fabrics, feminine flowers and lace embroidery on the fine cotton of the blouse. Elastic back and deep pleats on the high waisted waistbandless trousers.

I tried with pointed toe red suede flat mules, but my fisherman sandal style Birks in white felt more me.

ETA, also I found the shopping experience as impeccable as the clothing, except I was a little disappointed that it wasnt super size inclusive. The online browsing info and photos were lovely, the shipping was fast and the packaging was sustainable.

Also, I've ordered a beige cami for this outfit so the effect of my white cami would be so contrasting.

This style looks great on you - I like how the unique ruffled along the yoke of the neckline helps to balance out the shoulders too (not that you need it, just observing that it's an interesting shape).

Most of all though, I love the trousers! I feel like there's just something very summery about those sorts of flowy trousers - maybe it's because, like you said, they aren't really made for rainy weather lol You make it work for you!
