Why would fashion let this happen?

Yes but what about these five year olds walking with their Mommys and they see a 20 year old woman in these awkward cloths? Oy vey I would have nightmares!

What's even worse is that those skimpy clothes get adapted for little girls- and the mommies dress their daughters in them!

Car are you refering to children showing too much flesh or adults? of course the two cases are entirely different. Parents have a responsibility to protect their children and that includes what they wear to keep away unwanted attention.

Well different strokes for different folks, I guess. Some people have different views on what is aesthetically pleasing in fashion, and skin can be revealed in very classy and stylish ways.

We have had many debates on the forum and blog about how much is too much, and it is clear from this that many people hold differing opinions on this topic. I'm of the opinion that lots of skin in work is not appropriate but outside of the workplace, wear what you wish especially when you're twenty because you're still young and can experiment wildly with your style.
