I just read this book by Gary Taubs "Why We get Fat". This has turned my world upside down! This book was written in 2011 - I don't know how I missed it. Probably because I read the title and thought - duh - we get fat because we overeat! In the book, Gary talks about why overeating is not why we get fat, also why exercise won't make us thin. It's not just his opinion but the results of the latest research in nutrition (which is sorely lacking). Gary is a Science Journalist that researched all the latest studies on nutrition.
Has anyone else read this book? What did you think?
