I've been MIA and sweet Deb checked on me. I was hospitalized for more than a week (yes mental health related) and am back home now. worn out, very tired: I had some rib bruising, bilateral knee joint effusions in addition to a head injury.

I am slowly trying to weave back into the fabric of life.

Anyway I do believe that I am doing better and am seeing a new therapist and getting a second opinion from another psychiatrist as well.I will post when I can.
