Because you can be over-the-top dressy and that's still ok. I don't think I could wear this dress to work in a more businessy environment. It's a dress I got from ASOS before Christmas, was too lazy to post a keep or return since I liked it. I wanted to wear it soon and decided to today since it wasn't too cold. I paired it with my black riding boots not shown here. And of course, Inge's necklace.
