Why is the new Zappos site sooo much worse than the old one?

I can no longer search by heel height or heel type. Kind of a problem when I want to look at sliver wedge boots. Am I missing something?

I think Endless has definitely replaced Zappos in my heart.

I can still search for heel height...? I think you have to select the type of boot and maybe the color for that option to show up. I just did it today.

I had a hard time finding the heel height search function a few weeks ago, but it's definitely still there. I'm blanking on whether it's under advanced search options or whether you have to pick a shoe category first, but unless they scrapped it this week (which would practically defeat the purpose of the site), it should still be available.

Ah I see now. It's still annoying though. I want to search ALL ankle boots. Time to write a letter! Also still can't search for wedge boots only like on the old site.

Maya - in addition to Endless, try Shoes.com. You can do the search you want by specifying heel height then putting "wedge" into the "search within your results" box.

Also, the second Saturday of every month is a sale day on this site: for 24 hours each month, sale prices are in effect, and you can order the search results by "percent off." Love that!
