Just trying to post photos and get message only JPEG--but these are photos just taken on my ipad. Why are ipad photos not JPEG, when photos from phones are?
I'm not sure, but maybe because you can take higher resolution photos from your ipad? (jpgs lose resolution when you edit them so often source files from cameras aren't in that format). What is the file extension you are getting on the photos? Can you toggle them to save as jpg?
I have used our iPad to take photos and add them to a post, so there must be something different between your setup and mine. Could you tell me which iPad you have, and what version of the OS it is running?
To get the OS info, go to the settings app, then to "General" and look for the number alongside "Version".
