A few weeks ago, someone (sorry I can't recall who) was looking to invest in a high end statement watch. Anyway, I just got an email from Smart Bargains that all their watches ar 20% off but only until Sept 21.

The email says discounts will be taken at checkout. So the prices probably don't reflect the 20% discount.
