I always thought Nordstrom Rack offers solely discounted merchandise, but it has some items at retail price. I found a pair of Jag jean bermudas I really liked, but they only had a tag showing the MSRP. I thought the reduced price info must have fallen off; however, the cashier said that the Rack occasionally gets items specially ordered for the store that are at retail price. Has anyone else run into this at the Rack? I don't have a quibble with it, just surprised as that's not the store image I had in my head.

I did get the bermudas b/c they were not that expensive to start with and fit me. So it was a good shopping trip!
