I feel like all I do is post looking for advice! Thank you for bearing with me while I figure things out, ladies.

As some of you know, I started work recently after a long hiatus, in a care setting. Now I don't have to perform physical checks very often, but recently some of my colleagues were concerned about a patient and asked me to check him out. When I went to measure his pulse and respiratory rate however, I realised my watch doesn't have a second hand. Oops! I had to borrow someone else's, which was rather embarrassing.

I only own one watch, which was a gift from my husband. I'm looking to buy another one specifically for work, just to avoid a similar situation happening again, so I'm not looking to spend a lot of money on it. It needs to be water resistant, or at least splash proof. Since I've been on here I've become enamoured of the idea of a white watch. And of course it has to have a second hand!

I found a few which seem to tick the boxes so far. What do you think?
