White knitwear for summer K/R

So after the big purge, a few holes have come to light. First on the list is summer knitwear. I want to add more white to my summer wardrobe so here are some options for your approval. I styled these with Bf's and semi-tuck with white belt. This is how I am going to wear them for the most part.

#1 Zara boatneck sweater (Angie's pick) http://www.zara.com/ca/en/woma.....49019.html

#2 White cotton sweater from Costco. It is not as roomy as the Zara one and is not as soft as Zara's.

#3 GAP mesh sleeved sweater http://www.gapcanada.ca/browse.....=960194063. Ok, this is not white but I love the material. It is linen/viscose blend and really drapey and roomy. It is available in white too. Now I am thinking I should probably have got this in white too.
So which one do you vote for?

I like 3 also. 2 looks a bit small - can you size up? I don't know what to make of 1 - the sleeves look a little strange, sort of poofy.

Ok, so looks like #3 is the most favoured. I also really like the feel of it but not the colour so much. I think I am going to exchange it for white.
missvee, #1 is Zara oversized sweater. Sleeves are elbow length and I think they look poofy just because of the packing.

I think the Zara sweater might just be a bit too big Mona, it doesn't hang as nicely as I'd like to see. The top in #2 could work in a size or two up, so the mesh has a more freeflowing breezy feel. I like the top in #3 quite a lot, hope the white feels better!

Aida, the Zara sweater is an oversized fit. I ordered my regular size and perhaps should have sized down. The white one from GAP is on its way to me.

Is the fabric of the Zara sweater stiff? It could just need a little time to loosen up.

Gap #3 is my favorite to me it fits well and screams summer.

Actually, the fabric is very soft cotton. Parsley has these tops in different colours. She is supporting the citron one in this thread outfits #2 and 3. http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....asual-life
It is definitely not as soft as the GAP one, though.

I see! Hmm I'm not sure then. Parsley left hers untucked which lets the shoulder shape shine. I wonder if the semi-tuck is making the volume visually shift in odd ways.

I am really glad you've ordered the GAP in white -- I like the style on you but the colour not as much.

Try the Zara with slim BFs or a tube skirt if you have it, untucked. I am curious about how the lines would work that way. I like the idea of it. It could be that Parsley's strong shoulder line fills up the style a bit more; the sleeves look more "puffy" on you, somehow.

Angie, I am glad these options got a thumbs up from you. I am only going to keep one of them and I think it is going to be the GAP one.
Aida and Suz, you are spot on about the shoulder line. I really like the Zara sweater but my narrow and sloping shoulders don't fill it out and hence the fit looks off. I will try untucking and taking pictures for your critique once again before returning this.

Your spot on about the color of #3. Yes, bright white looks much better with your skin time than soft white or beige. I like #1 also. It has a fun sleeve and it's unique. If you want to stand out and be noticed in a sea of white shirts at the summer cookout, I say keep #1 also. Good luck!

I like 3 but in white. I do think 2 has potential but would like to see it one size up.
