I get one or 2 items most every year. They run a limited color palette and have an "in" color added each season or year, so it's great if that's one of your colors. Lot of synthetic tops, but some silk.
One problem, depending on how you look at it, is they have a kind of signature design of prominent bright silver snaps or buttons on a lot of things and have run that for several years in a row, so they can look the same, or, hey, look at me, I'm from WH/BM. I liked some of the jackets to go with skirts, but now some look too young for me, have to watch the ruffles and trims, and most are short-waisted for me.
Not nearly as corporate as AT, and very little wool or wool blends--items are either casual or dressy casual or sort of dressy-business, and tend to have a bit of bling, but I got a tailored skirt, have found some pants. They have a sort of curvy pant fit with bootcut leg--forget the name--that's worked for me in one or 2 items, in neutrals for work. A lot of items are good for smart casual, holiday, evening--featuring some velvet, sparkle, lurex but not super formal.
It's a good retail stone to overturn, though as I find a good deal here and there. They do put stuff on sale.
