White handbag mystery

Can anybody tell me if scarlet leggings paired with a chambray shirt and white handbag will look nice or it'll look as if I'm someone who doesn't have any sense of colour combos and fashion?What all accessories should I don?(actually I'm going on a trip so I suppose this outfit will look smashing)

It sound pretty good to me. A chambray shirt is quite a classic item and denim can almost be considered a neutral as is the white bag. So go for it! For accessories, maybe just some simple hoop earrings? I don't think you would need much bling. Or what about a fun brooch on your shirt as brooches are coming on trend now.

Check out Angie's post today about travel footwear. Perhaps you could think from the feet up? Also, are you traveling for a few days or more? If so, those scarlet leggings will need to pair with other items in your travel wardrobe. In my neck of the woods, red white and blue is a strong, but popular combo. Accessories can be simple. A scarf would be nice -- particularly if you're going in and out of A/C.

Diane g I think your hoop earrings idea was very nice but I already wear real gold hoop earrings ...so I think they should work.You said something about brooches.What type would you suggest?Do let me know.for as I said I'll be going with my cousins and aunt and uncle,so I want to look really finished in front of them,as it is my cousins are in their twenties and I'm 13!!!

Beth Ann I'll be travelling with my family,aunt,uncle and cousins for 2-3 days.I 'll surely try out the scarf idea. Seems smashing to me!
Also what did you mean when you said those scarlet leggings need to pair with other items in my travel wardrobe?Did you mean they should match with other items too?If so,do think a white long graphic top will do?I hope you do see my post!!Thanks for your suggestions!!

Smittie I'm glad you think this look would be nice .Actually I'm making a transition from the kind of western wear people wear in India(yep,I'm an Indian and 13 years old) to what you people wear,so it's at times a bit difficult but this forum is super helpful and as the community is so friendly, it makes things a hundred times easier...
