Wow! I hadn't seen those ones! They are so much fun. I'm tempted myself, even though I just got a pair (without eyelets) to replace my worn out ones. Your shoe links from the Bay are amazing. I was in meetings yesterday and missed the Okala sale, drat....

Suz - by the time I thought more about trying out the Okalas, the sale was over But I am seriously tempted by these eyelet Cons. I can see them with so many outfits. I'm supposed to be on a no shopping for June quest but these shoes fit my lifestyle and would give me another white shoe option.

Question on sizing - I've heard going up half a size in the Hi Ness Cons is a good idea? This way I could add my insole. Those of you who have the Hi Ness Cons - true to size or did you size up?

I chose my usual size, but they definitely run smaller. I would say size up if you want to put in an insole.

Nope. Done some thinking and I'm not going to buy the shoes - cute as they are. They are not a need and I have other priorities....whew....going to go wipe the sweat off my brow now...

Wow, I'm impressed Shannon!
But if you change your mind - I went up a half size from my normal Con size (i don't have any normal cons, just tried them on before I ordered my Hi Ness's, and ordered wrong as a result. They told be the size would be the same. Had to reorder) and they don't have much extra room. If you want to get an insole in, I think you might to go up a full size.

I'm still lusting after those cut out ones..

The Bay doesn't seem to sell out of seasonal cons that quickly, actually. They might be around in July. And then you can reconsider.

Jules - you are THE BEST! Yes, these fit my style and at that kind of price, won't break the bank - I'll just go to Starbucks once next week instead of three times and shoes paid for - lol! In order to keep my wardrobe numbers down, I will purge my cream/black quilted flats that now hurt my feet (stupid bunion) as well as two pairs of heels that I can no longer wear.

You're welcome! I can live vicariously through you, as the hi-ness wedge is actually a little narrow for my wobbly ankles (SOB), and the white a little stark for me. They are perfect for you. I just have to remind myself that Converse always comes out with new temptations for me

Don't get too excited for me yet - I've heard these run a bit narrow so they may not work for my regular-bordering-on-wide feet. Fingers crossed!
