...how easy it has become to pack for a short trip to a work meeting after joining YLF. I'm so much more efficient when packing now, and I feel so much more confident in my clothes these days.
Tomorrow I'm giving a presentation about classroom management to members of the administration and teachers from a neighboring county. I know that most people will dress quite casually, so a suit would be too much, but I don't want to wear jeans, and I want to look professional. I chose my navy slim trousers, stone booties, navy shell and cobalt cardigan. I'm also wearing the stone moto and the snakeskin belt - a mix between the two outfits shown. This might not read as professional in a corporate setting, but I know it works where I'm going.
Before YLF I would have dressed up too much and felt out of place. Thanks, YLF, for teaching me how to do it!
