Sharan - I actually meant to ask you about how to shorten the blouse in 2 or 3. I think the waistband would be a bit hard, because of the peplums, which covers the side seams. I think I'd have to take out the zip, which is a bit more than I'd want to take on. (I have taken in waists of skirts before, but they didn't have peplums) Also the waistband does fit - at certain times! Just not always. So many people voted for the untucked looks that might be easier to just wear it untucked. I'm not sure that I like the look of it even when it does fit.

Joy - I only wear this skirt for work and have put in some toppers above. (Our church has a student population and I usually wear jeans)

Krishnidoux, thanks for all the time you put in with suggestions. I'll be keeping a close eye on your outfits since you think we have some similarities.
I am afraid I don't have any of the shoes you suggested, or tops..:- (. In fact I bought these shoes specially to go with this skirt and another mini.
I hope that your ideas might benefit other readers of the thread though.

I really like the long white blouse tucked in! Followed by the blue sleeveless blouse and then the white sleeveless blouse.

I have a skirt just like this one, Anne, so I know the waistband is tricky to work around (but forgiving of, say, a holiday feast day). I like #2 and #5 the best. In your work pics -- I think the laciness of the top suits the lighter pink cardi best!
