Which shirt looks better with this skirt ?

I really want to wear this skirt but I can 't seem to find a shirt that looks good with it i plan on wearing tights with the skirt as well.

Hmmm...maybe this is counterintuitive, as a voluminous skirt really calls for a tighter top, but what would happen if you tried on a bit of a slouchy sweater/sweatshirt with it? Do you have anything like that? (And I might be completely off base...I don't have any skirts like this so don't really know what to wear with them!)

Given the length of this skirt, I would try to balance it out with a less-tight top. Maybe a blouse that you could tuck and actually "blouse" a little at the waist. I like the suggestions for a cropped sweater or sweatshirt, worn over a slim tank if there is a gap at the waist.

My first thought was a less tight top. Of the ones shown, I like the first one best. What Elly said about a cropped loose top over a slim tucked tank to show a bit of waist shape.
