Which shirt??

I am desperately trying to decide between polka dots, leopard, or floral. I can't decide which I like best, and the clothing budget means only one. They are all J Crew and I know they will fit well.

They are killing me with the extra 30% of final sale. I really don't have many collared shirts and no patterned ones, so I have nothing like any of them! This is impossible. Maybe I can get two if I remove somethign else from my cart. Don't go buying any of the ones I want before I choose, Meredith!

My gut instinct was that #3 would look really lovely on you and maybe be the best choice if you're looking for spring/summer wear - as well as other times in the year. The animal print (to me) is one of those things that once you wear it once or twice you might feel it is too "memorable." The polka dots are nice and classic but maybe not as interesting as #3.

Hmm, I like 1 and 2 although as texstyle pointed out, leopard print is not as classic as polka dots but then neither is number 3. I would go with 1, its a classic print that can go with many other items and won't go out of style. If you have limited budget, I would go with something that's classic

I think this is purely a personal taste answer. Since they are all the same brand, it's only the print you need to choose between. I prefer polka dots but that's a personal bias, I'm sure!

I loved the leopard, but I am head over heels for the blue print. Go blue!

I just received 1 and 3 in the mail today :). The polka dot one is more boxy, with no bust darts or tapering through the waist; the purple paisley one has bust darts and more of a fitted silhouette. Both are about 50-50 cotton and silk, very lightweight, and TTS. Don't know if that helps or not!

ETA: At least when I bought them last week, the purple paisley one was a final sale (not returnable), if that makes any difference.

I'd vote for the polka dot one. I like how it's kindda simple, but could be dressed up.

First choice is the polka dot, and second choice is the floral. I do love the leopard too, it's just that I've seen that type of blouse a bit more in the past several months, and find that the polka dots or floral are a nice change-up.

Ok, I finally pushed the "place order" button and went with #3 - purple paisley. Why? As Aida said, it's the one that made my heart go pitter patter... the most. I can't wait to wear it with some white shorts next week!

I ordered a passel of sweaters from their site that are on sale so hopefully I will love them and not need to return them to the local J Crewe Store. I also ordered the leopard shirt because it was the only one in my size that I liked. I think I wear a size 8 but you never know!

Yes it IS always that way! I figure I don't buy very often and certainly not very expensively so I went ahead while the prices were good! I really hope they work out. I ordered 3 of the linen cable knit sweaters in flax, cerise, and sea green (thinking of wearing them with my white jeans. I also ordered a tissue weight turtleneck in spicy cayenne, and a vintage cotton ballet tee in rich violet, the leopard shirt, and the vibrant paisley scarf in orange. Saved 98.00 after the extra 30% off.
