ETA. I'm not sure if I've shown you this skirt before. It was a handed down item from a local family friend) She tells me that the clips on the skirt were fashionable as "fireman clips" after 9/11.
It is suede look, which I saw a lot of in (Australian shop) Bardot yesterday, inspiring me to try this again. It is a little loose, but passable, I think.
