Are you asking us to pick which colours will look good on you (can't tell without a photo), or which colours we like? For myself (I have fair skin and medium-brown hair, too) I'd choose black, charcoal navy, or bright red. Possibly merlot, depending on how it looked in real life. But my brown hair and fair skin might look totally different from your brown hair and fair skin!
I agree with Donna that teal is flattering on most people, but I wouldn't get it for a coat, as it clashes with red, burgundy, Kelly green, soft blue and basically a whole lotta colours that figure largely in my wardrobe. Don't know about your wardrobe, though.
