I have a meeting later today. I was going to wear the tall burgundy boots with this pinstripe dress, as I love them so. But the top of the boots is exactly in line with the bottom of the dress, which isn't completely optimal while walking. These shorter drapy grey boots look good, too (but I might need to switch to more refined tights since they show more).
Which would you choose?
(Also, I know the dress isn't a perfect fit on top but I was so pleased to find both a v neck and dropped shoulders that I decided to keep it anyway).
