I'm enamored with having a baby blue tulle midi skirt. Amy generously offered to make it for me but we have to mail order the fabric. Here's some inspiration:

I want it full without tiers though.
I found two blues in the necessary 108" length. Can't decide between Cotillion Blue and Soft Blue. What do you think?

Soft blue looks like straight-up "it's a boy!" baby blue to me. Cotillion blue gets my vote.

Personally, I'm intrigued by the Colonial and Navy (not that tulle is going anywhere near my wide midsection!).

Cotillion over the other blue, for sure. But I thought the sooty grey of the first inspiration pic was very cool.

That last pinterest link is to die for elegant! That dove grey in the picture always reads a little blue on camera which would also be a pretty option. I guess you want a more true baby blue though. You might order some swatches. It's so hard to tell with fabric online.

Of the two colors that you asked about, I vote Cotillion Blue. I also liked the French Blue but that is not one of your choices. Looks like an awesome project. Can't wait to see the result!
