My sister will be getting married in August, and I am my mother's designated shopping assistant for her dress. We've tried many online retailers without much luck (e.g., Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's, etc.). She has some very specific requirements:
*Three-quarter sleeves (can be a jacket worn over a sheath)
*Mid-calf skirt length -- No, she can't be talked out of this one! I've tried!
*Less than $200
*No black or nude tones so prevalent this season
*Must be available in size 16
