where to find long fitted tutlenecks

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has found any long, fitted ( right length for jeans) turtlenecks.
Tanya had one on in a recent post that she said came from H&M. I checked there and they are all out. I am looking for a layering piece because I am always cold in the winter. I am also looking for a variety of colors and a reasonable price. (That might be too much to ask.) I am trying to replace old Gap ribbed ones that I used to wear all the time.

I got some at H&M also. They turn inventory so quickly that I might wait and check back. J Crew has tissue weight ones that are very similar, but more expensive. I also splurged on a $60 wool one from Club Monaco that I wear under tunics and one jumper.

I'd be interested in this information too, especially the tissue weight wool turtles that are very thin. I bought one very late season at Ann Taylor or Loft last year but don't see it this year. Here are some turtles that might work for you:

The Rack is selling them in loads of colours for $17 and they are fabulous. I think my clientele have cleaned out their downtown Seattle stock.

Do you mean the Nordstrom Rack, there is one opening up in Danvers right near me next week. That sounds great! I do not know much about the rack, is it a discounted Nordstroms?

Yes! It's the Nordstrom Rack.

Nordstrom sends a lot of their stock that doesn’t sell after markdown to their other store "The Rack" (thats how it’s referred to over here). It’s like their own little outlet store that belongs to them. The service is awful but you can’t have it all.

I've bought a few items from VS in the past: a merino wool sweater that is holding up very well, a few long-sleeved T-shirts that are doing fine too and a cashmere/silk mix cardigan which I didn't like from the start: it wasn't soft at all and it started to pill almost immediately.

I know a few other ladies have some VS items too, and I think I've heard them say that quality varies. Perhaps you could try buying one top and see how you like it?
