Western Canada, more specifically the Calgary area, for the last couple of decades, but might be changing that to Vancouver/Victoria area in the near future. Oh, and it looks like Calgary will be the first Canadian city to get a Nordstrom's; it is slated to open the middle of September this year.

I actually remember visiting the Nordstrom's main store in Seattle back in the early 70s when they had a man in a tux playing a grand piano that you could listen to as you browsed the woman's section. I was highly impressed!

I'm from the northwest coast of Germany, not too far from the North Sea. I regularly travel to Amsterdam, Netherlands; Antwerp, Belgium; Copenhagen, Denmark as well as into Scandinavia. It is fun getting fashion from the nearby countries as each location has it's distinct taste!

I'm from Portland, so near to Seattle. Never been a Nordstrom shopper although I enjoy the Rack.

I always figured that this site and Angie had some sort of advertising or sponsorship relationship with Nordstrom? Hence why it figures so heavily in the blog? Besides the convenience and location benefits and the high-end labels.

Somebody correct me if I'm off base...

Slovenia, Europe.
That's a small country (2 million people) nestled between Italy, Austria, Hungary and Croatia.
A little shameless self-promotion on the link below (hope you don't mind)

Hi Chadya, waving to you from Brisbane, Australia

Checking in from Bendigo, Australia!

Originally from Northern California, but living in Chicagoland now.

Arlington, Va, just outside of DC. Bloomingdale's and Lord & Taylor are definitely big around here too, and were kind of the two main "nice" department stores when I was growing up (on the Maryland side). I actually remember the first Nordstrom opening around here when I was maybe in junior high.

Nebraska for me - no Nordstrom for hours and hours. Someday I'll order something from them online, just to have shopped there

The Midwest, about three hours from the closest Nordstrom. But there's a Rack in town.
Lavinia, Slovenia looks like a vacation paradise!

Lurking in the British Virgin Islands.

Hungary(EU), here:-)

Massachusetts. I had no idea what Nordstrom was until I found this site. Luckily, since then, three stores have been built within a 65 mile circumference of my home . : )

When women on here would talk about NAS, I had no idea what it was. I would google it and come up with all sorts of weird stuff. Finally, I just asked. LOL

Rabbit, about your question on our relationship with Nordstrom. The reason they are featured so heavily is that I spend more time there (and at the Rack) with clients than anywhere else. I know their stock extremely well, and I see a lot of it on clients across a range of body types. I’m sure this has a lot to do with the popularity of Nordies in Seattle (their headquarters are based in Seattle) and the fact that it’s the flagship store.

From time to time we do run an ad campaign for them and for other brands or retailers (the most recent of these was for Boden). In these cases there is a note on the post. And we have affiliate relationships with almost every brand and retailer out there, which includes Nordstrom (one notable exception is Zara).

I would actually love to have more experience with other retailers. I love Bloomies, for example, but we don’t have one nearby. The same goes for Lord & Taylor. But for now Nordstrom is where I spend most of my time. This is something I try to make clear by calling my weekly roundups “Nordstrom Roundups” when that was my focus.

I'm in Albuquerque, NM which doesn't have a Nordstrom's. We're supposed to be getting a Nordstrom Rack soon though so I'm excited about that. I do a lot of online shopping because I find it hard to find time to shop at actual stores, so I like the Nordstrom Roundups even though there isn't one in my state.

DC here and as note previously, DC has a Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack.

Canada's west-est coast - on the west side of vancouver Island

I am from Germany, a city on the Rhine and Moselle.

I live in Ottawa Ontario, Canada

I'm another Massachusetts gal, though originally from out west and so was very excited when we finally got a Nordstrom here (10 years ago, maybe?). Nordstrom is usually a little pricy for me (their lowest price range overlaps my highest) but it's a great option to have close by (actually my closest department store option now).

thanks for clarifying Angie, good to know

Ontario, just outside of Toronto here

Central Italy, and no Nordstrom obviously But I'm planning a visit as soon as my kids are old enough for our long awaited US trip. I will get fitted for bras. And buy Frye boots!

A check in from South Africa (*waves at Frances*)

St. Paul, Minnnesota! And just love reading this blog! Look forward to it everyday.

I'm also in Atlanta. And while I have two relatively close Nordstroms, I don't own a car and do 99% of my shopping online for convenience. Nordstrom's is the best for that.
