ATL at the moment has no vests (was there over the weekend).
If you want something funky with lots of details, try BeBe. They had a ton of vests a few weeks back. Unfortunately, none of them worked for me, for various reasons, but maybe you will find one you love. They cost more than H&M and F21, but you get a lot of detail and a unique vest for the price. I don't normally shop at BeBe (it's a bit too clubby for me) but if you are choosy you can find some fun pieces.
Also this weekend while in Macy's I saw an Alfani brand vest that was very nice. Came in black and charcoal.
