Oh now that we are at cross roads of too cold for pumps or ballet flats but not necessarily cold enough for winter shoes,off I went for some booties or shooties hunting.

As my luck would have it: Store after store had such shoes with pencil heels, monster wedges. I( love a pair of heels my self but walk to bus stop and back and walking between stops and to grocery I would like lower heels or flats.

Do I find these? _No Sir!!! I am talking of heel size greater than 5 cm.
