My boyfriend has been admiring the playing of Tosin Abasi, whose aesthetic doesn't seem to match his music at all!

i would think he he has a stylist picking what he wears....snot sure what look they are trying to go for though.

Great post, Kate! I loved the interview and his BR woman's shorts!.His look certainly doesn't reflect his music!

I thought he was a cutie. I like that he wears the heavy metal uniform on stage but lets the real him shine through when off. Most metal guys that I know are just so... Hmm. Take themselves and 'the lifestyle' way too seriously.

RT, we thought the same thing! My guy prefers when artists aren't too into an image, but I think it's great that this guy just embraces different images in different settings.
