Well so much for returns all done. My boots just arrived and I am so frustrated. I had gone to the actual store, tried the sizing, they didn't have the colour I wanted so I ordered them online. They don't fit. Why? the seam across the front of the boot is cut inward and presses down. In the grey colour they fit perfectly.
I am super annoyed - I reordered and will see if the second pair is better. Perhaps grey would work just as well.
