When is it OK to start wearing booties? It's a cloudy day, 80 degrees, and we're going to a birthday dinner at a nice restaurant. I wanted to wear my white with black polka dots dress with these booties. I've never worn booties until the cool fall weather hits.
Booties OK or should I wait until cooler fall weather and wear heeled sandals instead?
