What's your worst dressing/styling habit?

I have plenty of bad habits, but I'm mostly terrible about not changing out my purse. I have a gorgeous orange faux croc Coldwater Creek bag that I tend to use constantly and only think about changing it out when I've got no time to spare. Most times it looks good with an outfit, but at other times....well, orange and pink....nope, not fab.

hmmm, i think it must be how i sometimes fall back to fleece/jeans outfit. makes me feel blah and boring. and i should wear high heels more often. i actualle like orange and pink together

Lol, teeandcee - I bet your orange bag looks awesome with more things than you think!

I think my worst habit is falling back to my college uniform for casual wear (sneakers + jeans + tee + hoodie).

Wearing jeans and a tee on casual days...I try so much harder for work days, not sure why

Still trying to step up my super casual. It's easier for me to gt very dressed up, do an interview outfit or even a "go to town" look but when i"m home doing laundry, etc. I never seem to break the jeans and t or simple top look.
My new aim is to make sure the t's and simple tops are the best they can be instead.

Well, I see others are as bad as I am with the tee/jeans habit. That is my second bad habit. I go off in public this way too. If it was occasional it wouldn't be so bad, but I do it A LOT.

I'm also bad about not looking anywhere but my front half. I was in Target the other day where they have those danged mirrors that ambush you with a back view before you've had a chance to psychologically prepare yourself. I do need to check out all angles more often it seems.

Ditto with the purse. And not doing anything to my hair. Half the time I wash the bangs and that's it - hope it air dries into a somewhat decent shape as I move about my day.

Denise, I am a close second to you. I may not wear jeans every single day...but I have to TELL myself not to.

I have tons of purses and don't switch very often either.
I'm not very good at "dressing down"

I always wear too many accessories.......... I love jewelry

never ever looking in the mirror to see how hair and makeup holding up....which just ruins any good outfit, huh

I have the same problem as jayne. I have to remind myself to check my makeup and hair at midday. It's not one of those things I automatically think to do. The only time I automatically think to check is when I'm going somewhere special.

Hiding bed head and a lazy outfit under a fab hat and awesome coat - add a pair of heels and a bag and nobody knows how crap my outfit really is.

I rarely bother to have my clothes altered. It's pure laziness.
