What's your current obsession?

Mine seems to be bras (again). I go through this every year or so. I can honestly say I've never had a perfect fitting bra. Sigh.

Oh, that could be an annoying and costly problem. Nothing worse than uncomfortable undergarments!
My current obsession is finding the perfect winter pant- not too plain, not too dressy and the right fit.

I've just been going through an obsessive phase of buying shoes. Over the last two and a half months I have bought: 2 pairs of ankle boots, 1 pair of flat oxfords and 2 pairs of heeled oxfords I think I'm about done and ready to move onto the next obsession!

Swimsuits. It is an on and off thing for me. I am always searching for a great swimsuit.

I also have an on and off thing with bras. I bought two in the store and ordered four online just before I left for vacation.

Urgh. I hear you on the bra thing.

I did a bit better last time I got fitted. And on the whole I'm happy with the SIZE I got. I just don't think they are my perfect bras. Sigh.....

What did you decide about the Simone Pereles?

My obsession? Shoes. And I'm starting to think about my summer wardrobe....and wonder whether I'll be able to get it together in any way. Ugh. I want some really cool (in both senses of the word) tops. Modern, lightweight, fab looking.

Kelly's post with summer outfits got me thinking about shorts. I just ordered some from Loft with their 40% off code. I want shorts that are neither matronly nor juvenile, and I want them to be machine washable. My summers are too sweaty to have dry clean-only shorts! I hope at least one pair works out.

Suz, I'm vacillating between going for the same model in a size smaller (30D), and getting a demi model (Andora) in the same size (30E). The hardest part is being between sizes. The best fit I have right now is a 32C Maidenform I have cut the band on and sewn a few inches tighter. Not ideal :/

my current obssesion is find dressy tops ...its hard for me to find proper fitted on trend tops...!!! i go with 30 items to the dressing room6 by 6 and no one fit right @_@ righ now v neck tshirts are my savior for the moment but geez i wonder when im going to get at least 5 maybe 10!!! when i find them (im an hourglass) yet im still cluless with my body

These white crochet lace pants I saw in the window of the upcycle store that I have no place to wear and can't buy because I lost my wallet today!

Pants in a lightweight spring/summer fabrication with some ease and just a wee bit of slouch, with no pleats and not cropped. I have some contenders. I hope I get some time to take pics for feedback before I leave town on Tuesday!

Perforated peep toe booties in a light leather. That won't cost me a fortune and possibly not fit after being shipped from US at a really high cost, and duties. Sigh.

My current obsession is filling my wardrobe holes and figuring out how to fill them by sticking to my budget. I still feel like I'm in the beginning stages of my style journey and have lots of things to buy to complete my wardrobe. It's interesting, though - I'm enjoying trying to figure out how to creatively manage these challenges

Fancy dresses. I need two of them that are not all black in the next few months (for my rehearsal dinner and for the Boston reception we are having in June or July). Tried on a bunch today and they were all unflattering or poorly fitting. (Sigh... so many pretty dresses that were too big on top and too small on the bottom - the pear curse!)

This really makes me appreciate the miraculous fact that I managed to hit wedding dress gold on the third try.

ETA: I have the bra problem too. I have really wide-set breasts so what I really need is a 36 front and 32 back. Obviously this does not exist so I need to find 34s with really wide set cups, which is really hard. I found a La Perla recently which fit well but it had this stupid side boning that was so uncomfortable!

ETA #2: I am also obsessed with Burberrys. But I can't really do anything about this right now unless I go rob a bank first.

Last week my obsession was low heeled perforated oxfords that are still in my shopping cart but yesterday I saw a cream colored Tignanello bag at Marshall's that would make the perfect summer bag -- not that I've had a specific summer bag before, just kept using the same old brown one. Am very tempted to zip back to the store tomorrow to "just look" at it again.

Bras and underwear are an ongoing obsession with me, as is jewelry. In addition to those, though, I am looking for the perfect black leather motorcycle jacket, but they all seem too short (long torso).

Navy shoes. Not obsessed as in buying too many but just in finding a pair. I saw a pair at zappos but they are more than I want to spend. I ordered a Taryn Rose wedge but I didn't love them and they didn't fit well.

I'd love a recommendation if anyone has any.

Spring shoes as well! My shoe wardrobe needs a big revamp and there more comfy transitional shoe options now available than ever, and I need to take advantage, as I wear spring shoes throughout the summer too at work and early fall. I have just bought a pair of flat oxfords, and a pair of slippper flats and a pair of wedge sneakers. And my wish list has nine more pairs on it, three of which are must-haves and the rest we shall see.

I seem to always have a few obsessions on the go. Right now, it is summer sandals, which is strange as we still have several feet of snow outside. And the fact that I don't even enjoy wearing sandals at all. I hate the feeling of any dirt or sand touching my feet so I am definitely on team closed toe shoes. But I feel my collection in lacking.

I am also searching for the perfect military/utility style jacket in an army green. I just ordered a trench in this colour, but it is my absolute favourite.

Denise, if you are switching to the Harrow booties from the Newburys (I have both) remember to go up a size. The Harrows fit really small. They aren't quite as comfortable, but they are really flattering on the foot.
