I guess I was under the wrong impression, but I thought things would stay in your Nordstrom shopping cart for a limited period.

But yesterday I put one of the featured Theory boxy sweaters in my cart, but I wanted to recheck the sizing, and when I went to consider/order today, it was no longer available--less than 24 hours.

I'm not saying that's wrong, as of course if shopping carts are full, the items are tied up for serious buyers, but I didn't realize that would be true in less than a day.

Is it that some of items tracked as inventory were actually sold out in-store during that time, or just that the cart has no hold function at all? I need educating!
