It's funny that Angie blogged about your worst/best colours today, because I was recently looking in my closet and thinking, gee, I've got a lot of dark stuff in there. Out of curiosity, I counted up all my tops -- blouses, tailored shirts, tee shirts of various sleeve lengths -- basically everything that isn't a layering tank top or something I would wear to clean the bathrooms. I included summer and winter tops.
This is my total: I was a little surprised to see that I've got 27 solid black tops (some with small graphics on them), 10 tops in various shades of gray, and only 16 tops in any other colour or print. Yikes! Looks like I've got funerals covered.
So, my two questions are: is 53 tops too many? I always feel like I don't have all that many tops. And, I sure hope I look all right in black and gray, because it looks like mostly that's what I'm wearing.
Is your closet a cheerful riot of colour and pattern? Or is it heavy on one or two solid colours, like mine?
ETA: contrary to what's suggested by my closet contents, I'm not a sombre person. I'm pretty extroverted and giggly.
