I broke down and ordered the Banana Republic polka dot trench I've been drooling over while it was 30% off. I plan on this being my last outer wear purchase this winter until I find a denim jacket this spring/summer. I'm glad I ordered now since all but my size are sold out. Since it's a new item it's possible they will restock it. [shrug]

I ordered a couple of dresses from HauteLook in late December that are finally supposed to arrive tomorrow--I had no idea how long the online sample sales take to ship!!!--as well as a couple of silk blouses from the Express sale. Looking forward!

Brenda, I LOVE that polka dot trench! The dress is cute, too! I have some ON rockstar jeans coming (hopefully today) in white and dk wash and there is a jean jacket in their too, but I'm pretty sure it's going to be too boxy. I ordered these on the 31st of Jan, btw. Our postal system is awful!!

Ha! A vacuum can be VERY exciting considering how often I use one with 5 boys in the house.

Amy, I had an awful experience with the Clarisonic brush, my skin broke out horribly. Have you seen a dermatologist? I would ask an MD first. Some people battling breakouts react badly to exfoliation. for some is beneficial.

Got a bunch of stuff from AT, which I'm happy about since I've been having a hard time with this whole work wear search.

Also have the brown version of the UWP boots coming (used my o.co credit that's been idling for many moons). And the smaller size of the original AT citron blouse I got.

Also *pseudo* SYC cheating with these engineer stripe shorts - but only because I searched for these all season last year without finding any.

I'm awaiting my last pre-SYC order - JJill black velvet tunic. I hope to have better luck with it than I had with the Olivia Moon navy/mustard top that arrived today from Nordstrom. I'm typically a size 10-12 - based on the size chart I ordered a large (12-14)...it's much too small! Major disappointment because it's so pretty and different in color than anything else in my closet, and I already had lots of outfits planned around it.

Brenda, yay, you ordered the trench! I really love the Lands' End chambray dress for you. I think the defined waist and the softly gathered skirt will be awesome on you. And the 3/4 sleeves won't be too long.

JjSloane, I'm very jealous of that plaid vest. I have been looking for something like that for a long time.

I have no idea when I'll get but I ordered a stallion print shirt from All Saints. Except through a royal screw up it got shipped to my father's place. He however, is here with me due to combination of illness, and now weather. It had better fit, because I don't think I'll be able to return it once I get my mitts on it.

The postie brought my latest ebay find today. It's a vintage French leather belt, or cinch rather, partly basketweave, partly smoorh and it's orange! It's a little soiled and I am thinking of cleaning it with tea tree oil. I intend to wear it with my penultimate purchase, cobalt blue, um, dare I say this? ... harem pants. They are designated leisure wear so in the spirit of the harem will remain private for now. When the orange cinch-and my courage -are restored I might post a photo.

I was thinking about buying a Clarisonic Mia too as I've heard so many great things about it. But it's a little pricey so I looked online if there's a cheaper alternative. It turned out there is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TjekHrRM3qU
Olay ProX's only drawback when compare to Clarisonic is that you have to buy new batteries for it. But the price is nice and you can decide to not use if you don't like it so much. It's merely over 20 Bucks on Amazon!
