You could do anything, it's a neutral backdrop. It's a perfect dress if you like to switch things up. I would get an awesome necklace, small stud earrings, nude hose and cage heels. Another option, boots, show stopper earrings and some sort of wrap/topper.
What the model is wearing looks pretty good as it is, but layering a thin sleeveless ( or sleeved ) turtleneck underneath on cooler days wouldn't be a bad choice ...and finish it with a pair of black tights and ankle boots.
As Staysfit said, pretty much anything you want. Dress it down with denim jacket, toughen it up with a leather mot, dress it up with pearls and fancy shoes. The possibilities are endless. This fall super long, knee length cardigans are trending, so with them as well.
Very versatile - for footwear, you could do neutral / nude, red / burgundy, leopard, metallic, black boots / booties (especially with black tights), and probably a lot more!
This type of dress can also be cute with a thin belt in a fun color or metallic. A statement necklace would go well here too. It could also be layered with a blazer or vneck cardigan. With the straight neckline I'd probably avoid a crew neck cardigan because it makes me crazy when my necklines compete. Another idea would be a scarf, jean jacket, tights and booties. I also like the idea of a thin turtleneck under and knee high boots. As Staysfit said, this is a great neutral backdrop dress.
