Through a combination of credit card points and airline miles, my husband received a $1,000 gift card to Saks, which he gave to me sometime last year. He wants me to spend it on something fab, and I am having a very hard time doing so. First, I really don't need anything specific in terms of clothes, bags, or shoes. I'm sure there are holes in my closet, but I honestly don't know what they are. Secondly, the prices are a bit daunting, even though he keeps reminding me this is "free." In the end, I don't know where to focus my energies. I ordered one jacket and sent it back, found a pair of boots I loved, but they don't have them in my preferred color, went to the store and felt frustrated. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
