ALSO what level of brown would you consider my hair depending on that photo:: Very dark brown, dark brown, brown, light brown, or dark blonde?

And is toner just as permanent as hair dye or should I also dye my hair?

Also what toner should I use if I want white hair?

And, just in case I end up choosing this over white hair, what toner should I use if I want a dark blonde hair?
