Janice, from "The Vivienne Files" did a write-up of her Project 333 for Winter, and analyzed what worked, and what didn't. She talked about her red jeans. Now I remember reading when she got those red jeans - she had all sorts of plans for them, but said that in practice, she never wore them.

And of course, that got me thinking of the purchases I have made, for things I was sooooo excited about - only to find I never wear... a Missoni twinset that looks so pretty on - yet I never reach for it. A pair of black jeans that makes me look like a super-skinny glamazon - but I don't feel like 'me' in them. A pair of boots that were going to be my be-all, end-all boots, still sitting in their box.
