I love Angie's casual capsules from the last two days but my reality is that I spend most days at work. I would guess my dress code would be described as business casual. (Most men wear khakis and button downs, +/- ties)

I like the idea of skinnies and ponte pants with booties or tall boots but I always feel a little casual. Bootcuts seem boring though, though that's what most people I work with wear.

I'd like to wear more skirts and dresses but it's physically a little challenging for me.

Ideas?
