What to wear with this?

I am attending a semi-formal birthday party. I just ordered this dress from Charlotte russe.http://m.charlotterusse.com/pr.....311392.uts
I'm not sure what to wear with it. Maybe a black heel and blazer?

super girl, cute dress…i don't think i'd wear a blazer with it, IMO a blazer would take away the dressiness and possibly hide the details of the top half of the dress. if you are concerned about being cold, i'd add a dressy shawl --maybe a nice velvet or silky fabric. as for footwear, i'd think this would look great with a black dressy sandal or satin fabric shoe.

Gorgeous color! When the dress arrives, I suggest playing in your closet a bit -- see what looks best when you can move around a bit. Certainly, a black jacket and heels is a great place to start! However, the jacket would either have to be quite short or long to not compete with the peplum.
