What to wear on a pub crawl?

So I've been working my fanny off the last few weeks, including a weekend of call. I signed up for a pub crawl on Saturday to blow off some steam. But what to wear? It'll be in the low 80's during the day, but I'm sure the temperature will drop in the evening, so I'll need a jacket for sure.
Shoe options include, glitter blue loafers, rose gold oxfords or white golf shoes.
Suggestion?

If you've got a favorite casual summer dress or skirt, that's what I'd go with. If not maybe shorts or clams and a very cute top. For shoes, I'd go with what ever is most comfortable all the way - they all sound like fun! I'd bring a big purse that can hold a light jacket or cardi so I don't lose it at a pub before the sun goes down.

I'd start with those gorgeous rose gold oxfords, pair them with some slouchy denim shorts (I can't remember if you have denim shorts but am going to assume so), a silky blouse or oversized tee (as per Angie's blog post today) and your gorgeous flame (I think it's flames?) cross body bag so your hands are free. Take along your woven leather jacket for the colder weather later. And have a drink for me!

I like the denim shorts outfit idea, although I don't think my shorts aren't baggy at my current weight.
My summer dresses are mainly either t-shirt type and shapeless, or I do have a silk leopard drawstring waist dress that's a bit blousy. Also have a black silk shirt dress. They sound way fancier than they actually are.
Don't own any maxi dresses.
I am going to NAS pre-select on Friday, so may see something there.

I would go for a crossbody bag so your hands are free and also so it doesn't get left behind slung over a chair at the last place! (spoken from experience) If you are walking, sensible shoes, but if you guys are cabbing from place to place, I'd opt for monster wedges or other statement shoes.
